Giveaway - Gambling on Love by Jane Davitt

Welcome! After working on the Jamie Craig blog last year, I decided that it was time for me to have my own dedicated space for blogging. It's only taken me a few years to actually get around to doing it, lol. And because I function (and thrive) on order, there will be a (mostly) set schedule on what gets posted on what days.

Mondays, for instance?

Well, I'm reserving Mondays for giveaways. One of the things I did for the JC blog was to give away books. Not ours, actually. Instead, I gave away books put out by friends and publishers we've worked with. It's my way of showing support for the publishers who've been so wonderful to me over the years, and to friends who've made it all worthwhile.

To kick things off, I actually chose a book published last week at Ellora's Cave. Now, I've only had one short story published there (though honestly, I think it might be one of the best things I've ever written), but I've known this author's work since before I started publishing in 2005. She's amazingly talented, and I'm so excited to have her kick things off for me.

Eleven years ago, Gary left town when he was outed, and broke Abe’s eighteen-year-old heart. Now he’s back, crashing into Abe’s truck during a blizzard, as arrogant and stubborn as before—and just as irresistible.

Time has changed both of them in ways they never imagined, but the heat that flares between them is enough to thaw any ice. As Abe discovers just what Gary did to survive in the city, and Gary realizes the boy he only ever kissed has grown into a man with needs that match his own, they start to fall in love all over again.

But with Gary determined to carry out one final order from the rich older man he’s been living with—and obeying—for years, a dead man’s plans might split the two of them apart, this time for keeps.

You can read an excerpt at Ellora's Cave.

I've admired Jane's writing since the old BtVS days!

Just checking - would you be ok with me linking this blog on the 'blog roll' on my site?
