Very frustrating for potential customers, and for us EC authors, too.

I'm glad I could help! :)Karla Doylehttp://www.karladoyle.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8050293415506078273.post-89634645364031056862013-03-17T08:08:32.208-07:002013-03-17T08:08:32.208-07:00Thank you so much for pointing out how to do it, K...Thank you so much for pointing out how to do it, Karla! Now I can still get books there.

But wow, talk about non-intuitive for buyers at all. I assumed the magnifying glass was to make the cover larger for people to see. That's what it, or something similar to it, does on most other publisher websites. Since cover art very, very, very rarely factors into my purchasing a title, I just ignore it most of the time. I would never have found that, so thanks again. :)Vivien Deanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15510934097238428891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8050293415506078273.post-72285642384545157192013-03-17T06:14:42.186-07:002013-03-17T06:14:42.186-07:00You're not the only person finding the new EC ...You're not the only person finding the new EC website difficult to navigate. :(

When you're on the book's page, there's a magnifying glass in the top right corner of the book cover. You need to click that, it'll take you to a secondary page where there's a link on the left side that says "Excerpt".

It's not a great set up, to say the least.Karla Doylehttp://www.karladoyle.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8050293415506078273.post-34348146833306980142013-03-16T02:57:24.825-07:002013-03-16T02:57:24.825-07:00I hear ya. I've been disappointed too many times to take the risk.

Come early summer, do you fancy doing a head-2-head interview between us?
