I'm not a fan of being on the other end of signings anyway, lol.

And definitely email if you need anything. :) The signing is really overwhelming from how large it usually is. I got *really* lucky my first year in that I ended up sitting next to Sylvia Day who was the most gracious, amazing, helpful woman. Hopefully this year is one big room instead of two like last year. That was even more complicated than it usually is. I need a year off just to recover from that. ;)Vivien Deanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15510934097238428891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8050293415506078273.post-84650478159954112942015-01-21T02:06:01.007-08:002015-01-21T02:06:01.007-08:00I hope you're going to come and see ME :). It&...I hope you're going to come and see ME :). It's a bit of a shock to me, because I didn't expect it, but it looks like I *am* in the signing room. I may be emailing you to ask what I need to take and do, because I'm an RT newbie.

But I agree wholeheartedly with you - a couple of years ago I registered for GRL late and there were no author places left, so I went as a reader. I had a really good time! I wasn't committed to be anywhere at any time, I could attend the panels I wanted, visit the authors and other readers I wanted - and yes, I didn't have to drag swag across the globe!
